Consent and limiting collection
By submitting information, contacting us or requesting service, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of personal information for the purposes explained at the time of collection and in this policy.
We aim to collect only the information reasonably needed for those purposes. You may choose not to provide certain information, but this may prevent us from answering a request, confirming a service address or arranging an appointment.
You may withdraw consent, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. Withdrawal does not affect uses already permitted by law and may limit our ability to continue providing a requested service.

- Website hosting, form processing, cloud storage, email, telephone, scheduling, security and analytics providers.

- A successor organization in connection with a proposed or completed sale, reorganization or transfer of the business, subject to appropriate protections.
Service providers receive only the information reasonably needed for their work. Some providers may process or store information outside Manitoba or Canada. Information processed in another jurisdiction may be accessible to courts, law-enforcement or national-security authorities under that jurisdiction’s laws.
07 · Protection
Retention and safeguards
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected and for legitimate service, warranty, accounting, legal, security and dispute-resolution requirements. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete it, destroy it or make it anonymous.
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. These may include access controls, account security, limited staff or provider access and secure systems. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
08 · Your choices
Access, correction and privacy requests
You may ask what personal information we hold about you and request access to or correction of that information. You may also ask us to withdraw consent or delete information, subject to applicable legal, contractual, operational and record-retention requirements.
To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Access may also be limited where permitted or required by law, including where disclosure would reveal another person’s personal information or confidential commercial information.
This website and our services are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without consent where consent is required by law.
